On my recent long flights, my feet and ankles got super swollen, despite walking around the plane and stretching (whilst other passengers mistook me for waiting in line for the bathroom, um no, I'm just stretching thanks!)
With another 8 hour flight ahead of me, of course I used my layover time to find a quiet spot at the airport to do my stretches. These are my top three:
It's been a whirlwind few months around here - apart from taking over mm...yoga! as sole owner, you might have seen on Instagram that I also I travelled to Europe to celebrate the wedding of some close friends (I planned a lot of the trip for them too).
Oh, and THEN I got flu. Of course. So, I thought I'd spend the time at home interviewing myself so you can get to know me better...
