Nancy is an old hand at yoga: she’s been practicing for 15 years and teaching since 2008.
She’s trained in two forms of yoga which helps her offer a practice that is most suitable and beneficial for each individual. She even teaches chair yoga to elders from time to time.
She has traveled extensively both to teach and to study yoga. Her focus is to tune in to our three-fold nature: body, mind and spirit.
Her classes are challenging while at the same time nurturing, with an accent on honouring and opening to a personal experience that is right for you.
