Kirsten has been an enthusiastic yoga student for over 10 years and decided to deepen her knowledge and become a teacher in 2011. She teaches a variety of styles, from vinyasa or powerflow yoga to yin and restorative styles and  has a particular passion for pre/postnatal yoga.

 After personally experiencing the healing benefits of yoga, pranayama (breath work) and meditation in her own life, Kirsten incorporates these aspects into her classes with humour and compassion.

 When not teaching yoga, Kirsten works on completing a Bachelor of Health Sciences - Naturopathy and is a passionate singer both as a solo artist and in her rock band!
