Keoni has been practicing yoga and meditation for around 6 years and is into all things fitness. Yoga is the link that keeps her body together and functioning so she can keep doing all the other sports she loves.

She's also a qualified structural engineer, and from this comes yoga poses built from the ground up. She understands the benefits yoga can have on stressful office life.

She teaches a stretchy but strong class that focus on movement with the breath. 

Her goal? To get your body smiling from the inside out.

Keoni believes that yoga is for everybody, not just the super stretchy.

Thank you for a really good work-out. Liked the stretching very much because I’m in an office environment all day long basically sitting down position and the stretching has really helped me with my shoulders, neck and lower back.
