Claire started yoga when she was stressed-out in a corporate job, working long hours and pushing herself super-hard in all other areas of her life (including yoga). Some injuries and reassessments later, she's become passionate about health & wellbeing.
Her classes are guided by the belief that Yoga can help people realise their full potential, both on and off the mat.
