Meditation is a really good way to clear some of the clutter from your mind. It doesn’t have to take long or be something fancy – simple is often best, and I always say that if you can take a nap, you have all the skills you need to meditate:
- The ability to get comfy and relaxed
- The ability to relax your mind a little
Meditation is like a focused nap. Mantra meditation used to refer to using words that came from vedic scriptures, but these days, it generally refers to any words that have meaning for you.
