Air travel is fantastic, of course, getting us places halfway across the world super-fast. But it’s hard on the body. All that sitting in tiny spaces and pressurised cabins can result in sore hips, shoulders and backs well into your trip. Use these yoga poses in the airport, airplane, and once you land, to keep your body feeling limber. It’s also great if you can do a yoga class right before you travel so you get on the plane feeling comfortable.
