I just can't. I am so proud of our teacher training graduates. I actually CANNOT.
Anyway, one of them, Claire, owner of Peachy Yoga (srsly, what a great name!) is running outdoors yoga sessions all through the Summer! Go along and support her, details below and also on her Facebook page.
Why yoga in the park? Why not! Yoga is about creating movement with a connection to the breath. It is an opportunity to bring calmness into the mind and body - and what better place to find calmness than in a park! Due to our busy lives - we rarely can find time to sit and enjoy the amazing environment that is around us, yoga in the park not only allows you to find time to give back to yourself, but also allows you to connect with nature.
The style is based on Hatha/Flow which basically means anyone of any ability can enjoy it. The main focus is on correct alignment of the body to ensure safety and to get the best benefit from the poses. The style and pace can be tailored to what you want to ensure you really are getting the most out of your yoga practice.
