Yoga at home? Yes!

Is health on your mind, but not on your schedule? Get your exercise class home delivered.

Nadine is quite frankly an exceptional teacher. She has a great ability to cater for your likes and dislikes in yoga, and to think of routines that cater for your needs. She is also able to push you just that little bit harder without sounding like a scary drill sergeant. Through working with Nadine, she has transformed me from someone with an interest in yoga to someone who absolutely loves it!

Yoga at home is great for:

  • People with special needs who find it difficult to leave the house. Do you have an injury or illness that prevents you from practising regular exercise? Yoga at home is a perfect, gentle way to ease yourself back into an active lifestyle.

  • Busy mums with children at home. We can help you create a (semi) peaceful atmosphere and provide you with the skills and knowledge to practise yoga at home.

  • Groups of friends or families who want to do yoga together and share the cost.

  • Hens’ nights, birthday parties, and all sorts of celebrations.

  • People looking to individualise and take their practice further with the one-on-one attention of a qualified yoga instructor. We can also provide a recording of our sessions, so you can keep practising afterwards.

Until I had the very good fortune to be introduced to Mm Yoga and the teaching of Nadine Fawell, Karen Chow, Suzie and the team, I used to think that mastering asanas was the only yoga practice...
This is the first time I’ve been able understand the mechanics of my posture and been shown and advised how I can make corrections throughout the day... when I’m not in a class.

Our classes are very focused and with a touch of humour when body parts seem to be acting independently of our brains .
